Thank you for shopping with Skanda’s Oorugai Kadai (www.oorugaikadai.com). We take great care in preparing and packaging our homemade food products. Since our products are food items, returns and refunds are handled under the following conditions.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing item in the order
  • Product quality issue verified by our team

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Taste preference issues
  • Minor packaging appearance differences
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners

2. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear product photos
  • Description of the issue

3. Refund Process

Once your complaint is reviewed and approved:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days
  • In some cases, store credit or replacement may be offered instead of refund

4. Replacement Policy

Eligible products may be replaced if:

  • Wrong item was shipped
  • Product arrived damaged
  • Verified manufacturing issue

Replacement availability depends on stock.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
